“Good Place for family stay”

The place sits in the heart of town, so everything’s right at your doorstep. Getting to nearby spots is easy. There’s underground parking. It was a decent stay with family and a central spot to move around near tourist places. The family room for 4 might have one king‑size bed and one single cot instead of a queen‑size and a single cot. The price is a bit higher compared to nearby hotels.

The hotel's level of quality is impressive compared to other hotels in the area. It's a smart system, a new and clean hotel with excellent Wi-Fi, free parking right below, and a lively street nearby with everything you need. The rooms are far from the noise, the AC is top-notch, and the bathroom is comfortable and well-equipped. The staff is also super helpful. However, there's one thing that's missing: towels in the rooms and the elevator is a bit small.

The hotel's location is great, but unfortunately, the staff's attitude and lack of hot water in the room made my stay a bit of a struggle. The staff seemed uncooperative and not very helpful.

“Average stay”

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and neatness of my room, but it was a shame that there was no hot water available. The geyser was there, but it didn't seem to be working, and I ended up wasting three buckets of water trying to get some hot water. Room 607 was a bit of a letdown in this regard.

“Pit stop in Madanapalle”

The staff at this hotel were really helpful, and my room was spotless. However, the parking situation in the basement was a nightmare - it was cramped and difficult to maneuver my car. I also requested a twin room, but ended up with a different arrangement.
