The spot is spot on, the staff are friendly, the room is comfy with great beds and pillows, the air‑conditioning works well, and there’s a table and wardrobes inside. The room feels spacious, the blackout curtains are solid, the kitchen is well stocked, and the shower is decent. On the downside, the bathroom tap barely dripped, the toilet seat was broken, and the sink drain was pretty grimy.

“Terrible, stay away, plenty of options nearby!”

The location is fine but the housemates are rude and make you feel unwelcome, ruining the stay. I had a very negative experience: the tenants were unfriendly, the manager was impolite, the walls had mold, and the bathroom window shared with the kitchen caused noise and no privacy. The worst was the manager threatening to call the police just because I invited a Brazilian friend for under ten minutes, citing a supposed condominium rule against visitors. The doorman confirmed no such rule exists, and the listing never mentioned any visitor restriction. I wouldn’t recommend this place; the staff and tenants are people you’d rather avoid. There are plenty of similar‑priced options nearby that treat guests with respect.
