“uitstekend-- ik keer steeds met veel plezier terug”

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past 12 years. The hotel‑café‑restaurant sits in the heart of Collobrières with views of the surrounding forests. The renovated rooms are generous, have air‑conditioning, modern bathrooms, and the service is friendly. Recently the restaurant added a wine list featuring high‑quality non‑Provence reds like Burgundy and Côte du Rhône. Breakfast coffee is tasty and served on the terrace overlooking the river. The beer selection includes La Chouffe and Affligem, and until recently Karmeliet for beer lovers. All of this is reasonably priced.

Everything is perfect. It’s an amazing place. The staff are friendly and welcoming in a real Provençal village.
