The Novotel Andorra lies in Andorra la Vella's centre, surrounded by chic boutiques and tax-free shopping. Guests can unwind in the indoor or outdoor pool, sauna, or hot tub, then dine at the hotel restaurant and enjoy a nightcap in one of three onsite bars. Amenities are shared with the adjacent Mercure Hotel.

The location is very good, the café is fine, and the staff’s service was very proper. The night buffet schedule was an issue: we were finishing dinner and they had already started collecting dinner leftovers while setting up breakfast at 22:30h. The parking is narrow, which is a problem in Andorra.

The location is great and the staff were friendly, but the shower felt cramped, the sofa‑bed was uncomfortable, and the room could use a facelift.
