The à‑la‑carte restaurant serves fresh local fish, and a buffet breakfast satisfies all tastes.

The staff were welcoming and professional. The property is very large and magnificent.

The room was fine. The pool’s warm water was a problem – no attention to detail. In the common areas, the lobby bar with the piano felt pointless; there was no care for that space. Shelves were empty, and the rooms lacked decoration such as paintings. The dinner ended at 21.15, which was too early!

Breakfast offered a wide variety, from sweet to savory; the wellness center and pools were great; the welcome and cleanliness were excellent. The location is a drawback because the property is far from the center, though there are bus stops and a tobacconist nearby for tickets.

A lovely lady at check‑in spoke very good English and made us feel welcome! There are five thermal pools – relatively quiet and peaceful – and the hotel is on a bus route. It felt very dated; it started off cool and quirky but now needs serious TLC. Everything is paid for, even bottled water, which is unusual for a hotel. A good 30‑minute walk into town.
