After reading other reviews, I didn’t expect much, but it wasn’t bad at all. The room was clean, and the bedding and towels were good. Water was provided. They even had a small live performance in the evening! The location is perfect if you’re visiting Seoraksan.

The air‑conditioning worked well, the location was convenient, and the staff were very friendly. However, there was no dishware (not even a glass), the towels were dirty, and the bedside outlets didn’t work.

The hotel’s location near Seorak’s fragrance was great and it offered good value. Unfortunately, the hot water wasn’t hot enough, so I couldn’t take a bath in the tub.

The room was spacious and the shower delivered good water pressure. Yet the bed wasn’t clean, the blanket was dirty, and overall the room felt unclean; there were even empty tissue packs left behind that I couldn’t figure out.

The tap water quality was good. The building was under remodeling, which made the interior feel chaotic.
