It was a very warm place where you can disconnect from everything.

The restaurant has a good view, the room was clean, there was parking and a convenient location. From the reservation onward it was bad because they never mentioned that the pool and sauna were under maintenance, they wanted to charge for a stained towel and the towels were a different color, which was a bad experience.

The customer service is excellent, the people are very friendly and courteous. The breakfast and the view from the restaurant were great, and the location close to the lake made for a good experience. The room flooded due to maintenance, the water containers were left uncovered causing mosquitoes, flies and mosquitoes to gather. They moved us to another room, but because it was full they gave us a dirty room; even though it was only for a couple of hours it was very uncomfortable. For the pipe repair they had to drain all the water in the hotel, which made the end of our stay very uncomfortable.
