This place was a total disaster. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and the room was a mess. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper, and even then, they were slow to deliver. It was a really frustrating experience.

The hotel's location is great, but unfortunately, it's let down by some pretty basic issues. The property itself wasn't exactly spotless, and I was a bit grossed out to find that the toilets hadn't been flushed. To make matters worse, there were swarms of mosquitoes everywhere - it was like they were breeding on site.
