The location and the owners are very friendly. Unfortunately, when we were staying there was a Wi‑Fi issue and it wasn’t working. Other than that everything was perfect.

The staff were kind, and communication was quick and smooth. The accommodation is in a safe environment with good public transport. The room is spacious, and the bed is especially comfortable. Some outlets are unstable and have come loose from the wall.

The room’s layout was fine. We didn’t know we had to check in online, and in five days we didn’t see any staff. We couldn’t properly have breakfast because it only starts at 08:00, and there was no kettle or similar in the room. It was also quite noisy (traffic).

The staff at LUXURY were 100 % friendly and affectionate, doing everything to make our stay in Rome satisfying; I would return without hesitation.
