The capsules are spacious and cozy, the hostel is tidy, and the location is great, but the AC barely reached mine, making it a bit hot. Arriving before check‑in, I got confused about how to leave my luggage— the app was supposed to give a temporary key, but mine didn’t appear until check‑in time. I wasn’t the only one; another guest in front of the door was also struggling.

The location is very good; security for accessing the hostel, room, capsule, and lockers is solid, and the capsule is quite comfortable. They suggest you change towels after each use, but towels aren’t always available; one of the bathrooms stayed clogged for a long time.

“A place with great potential that, unfortunately, still needs time to be realized”

The location is great, right in Chinatown’s heart with easy access to transport and the subway, and they offer free breakfast or beer on certain days—though I missed that perk. The hostel’s facilities and look matched the photos, but I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness: the shared kitchen was greasy, cluttered, and dirty, and the toilets were broken and filthy, as were the rooms overall. The app‑based check‑in was tough for everyone, and staff tried to help, yet the vibe felt messy and chaotic. I read they offer free lodging for cleaning work, and it shows in the lack of professionalism and basic order. It has potential with the right facilities, but it urgently needs better coordination and daily management.

“I would not recommend this place to anyone”

Nothing liked. There weren’t enough bathrooms for the number of guests, so I often had to wait. The small kitchen/lounge area was underwhelming, laundry wasn’t available unless you paid $10, self‑check‑in without staff was a hassle, and towels were scarce.
