“Good location but the hotel needs an uplift”

The place sits near great malls and the breakfast was decent, but the rooms are old and need a serious makeover. The front desk couldn’t combine our two separate bookings into one stay, which made check‑in rough and left us locked out of our room on the third night even though we’d told the receptionist about the extension the day before.

“Good Stay”

I stayed at Furama Hotel and it turned out to be a nice spot in a smart location. It’s close to Lalaport Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor Food Street, so shopping and dining were super convenient. The building itself is older but kept in good shape, giving a relaxed vibe. Breakfast had a good selection and was enjoyable. Big thanks to Mr. Ezad at reception for being very helpful and professional, and to Ms. Laili at breakfast for going the extra mile to seat us in a packed dining area. Those two staff members made the whole experience great. The only thing that could use a tweak is the TV channel selection.

One of the front desk people was very helpful when I checked in, but the rest seemed clueless. The building feels old, the Wi‑Fi was very weak, and the breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic.

“I would recommend anyone if wants to visit Malyshia must choose Furama hotel.”

I appreciated the friendly vibe and the warm reception; they catered to my requests during my stay. Everything else was perfect for me.
