I unfortunately left my bag near the reception on a sofa. It contained my cards, driver’s license, and a significant amount of money. I only realized after walking about 40 km. I immediately contacted staff via WhatsApp. They reassured me and even sent a video to confirm the bag was found. I returned to the hotel and they handed it back to me. Nothing was missing; everything was inside. I truly want to highlight the professionalism, kindness, availability, and honesty of the staff. Everyone was very smiling, listening, and reassuring. I recommend this establishment 10 000 %! Thanks again to the whole team for your honesty and compassion.

The pools and the place’s beauty were great, but it was a scam to avoid. We paid 10 euros for a watered‑down whiskey with no peanuts, our toilets leaked, and we were downgraded without any compensation. A mouse was in our room, the shower water didn’t drain, the orange juice was cut with tap water, the staff were unfriendly, and the hotel was overpriced for the awful service.

“Séjour parfait”

Close to Marrakech, the furniture was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and everything else was fine. No complaints.
