Everything else was fine: the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the price was good. However, there was a nasty smell outside, the walls were thin and the street was loud, and people in nearby rooms were noisy.

Nothing. For the employees could have been a lot friendlier and I could have been treated much better and I could have not fallen and been injured because of your faulty handyman or whoever it is who put together a crappy work and then to go through all that and be asked to leave for no reason and not being reimbursed I fell on the property it may have possibly been injured and your staff showed no concern at all in fact they wanted me to feel lucky that I didn't have to pay to fix the damage door jamb that was already damaged . Your employees may have to deal with a lot of terrible people or something but their attitude is awful no 56 year old woman I'm not running around or partying or doing anything crazy and when you get hurt you would think that people would care enough to ask you if you're okay instead I'm kicked out and told that I'm lucky I don't have to pay for it or maybe not kicked out but basically forced to check out she told me that since I checked out I could be refunded however she told me that we had to leave in fact I do believe she called the police I have never been involved with the police in my life and in fact the more that I'm thinking about this the angrier I'm getting anyways I'll be in touch with corporate and my attorneys will be also
