The room that was actually given didn’t match the photos; the staff were neither gentle nor well‑mannered, and basic items like towels, a table, and a TV were missing, making the pictures completely misleading.

“I didn’t stay at this hotel, I had to go and find another hotel close by.”

There was no proper reception, the entrance was very dirty, and only men were seated at the front; I didn’t feel safe, so I left to find another hotel nearby. The room I saw didn’t match any photos on Booking’s site, it was just a bed‑made room with no toiletries or toilet paper in the bathroom, which was below standard.

The location is close to the exhibition centre, offering good value for money, and everything was quiet and pleasant.
