Hotel Altein Arosa, a Faern Collection Resort

Breakfast fell a bit short of what I expected; there was no way to make 3‑minute eggs and no fresh fruit was available.

The location was fantastic, the staff were welcoming and the room felt cozy, and the spa was delightful. Nothing else to add.

The wellness area was good, and the hotel was close to the train station and lines. On the 5th floor, the pizzeria staff had a long wait, used the wrong knives for pizza and didn’t replace them; the pizza came cold quickly, and the staff at Pizzajolo had poor preparation for the items that were ordered. The pizza itself would have been very tasty.

The hotel’s amenities, breakfast buffet, restaurant, surroundings, and sports and wellness options were all positive. The problem was two nights of party noise from a traveling group that rented the lower‑floor hall until about 1 a.m.; the disco music made me feel like cheese holes were flying out of my ears.
