“Coming from the craziness of Antique Town, it was the perfect spot for rest and relaxation.”

The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment I booked until the moment we left. The room was spotless and the view of the rice paddies was amazing. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. The location was amazing, super quiet, they had a great little cafe, and the Wi‑Fi was great for working. I can’t think of anything negative.

The place is close to my yoga studio and the rates are reasonable. The room wasn’t clean; ants were on the bed, and the front‑desk lady laughed mockingly and was unhelpful. I couldn’t watch the live match because the TV was broken, and the shower water dripped so badly I couldn’t bathe. The morning tree‑cutting noise woke me up, so I left early.

“all good, tasteful place”

I liked the spot—near a yoga studio and coworking space, plus great local restaurants. The staff were exceptional, but there was no hot water during my stay. They offered help, yet my schedule didn’t line up with theirs for a fix.

The location is quiet and a reasonable distance from Hoï An’s city bustle. The staff were very welcoming, warm, and attentive. The menu is short, but the dishes are delicious.
