The rooms were nice, big, clean, and had super high ceilings. Walking to the center was fairly convenient, and the patio overlooking the city was lovely. It was quite cold during winter, and the single heater was not enough. Breakfast was very small with very limited options.

The staff were amazing, especially Brayan. We had to change the booking while we were there and were allowed to cancel one night without any charge. Tea and hot water were always available in the lobby. It was possible to leave luggage for a few days if you go to Machu Picchu, without additional cost. The location is just 600 m from the main square. Breakfast was good. It was quite noisy because there is a school next door. Rooms are also different; some have kettles, some do not, and electrical sockets are not working properly.

The views were great, the location was spot on, and breakfast was solid; the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of lifts, but the team still carried our luggage to the rooms.

Water was always hot, breakfast food was great, and the service at the place was excellent; my partner didn’t feel well, so the hotel offered to bring a meal to our room. The sink for rinsing faces/brushes was really not connected to the place, showing a maintenance flaw.
