The location was top, right on the sea and in the city centre, absolutely clean and newly renovated with a lot of attention to detail.

We absolutely loved Astoria in Rapallo; every photo and description matched reality. The hotel had just been renovated, rooms were modern, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with high‑quality furniture. Breakfast was good, staff were attentive and friendly, and it was nice to be able to grab coffee at the bar during the day, with water and sweets always available nearby—those small touches made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to Elina, who helped us plan our stay, recommended great spots, and answered every question quickly and professionally. We’ll gladly return and will definitely recommend both Astoria and Elina to friends! We liked everything.

The staff were kind, the place was clean, and the location was convenient. The noise from expansion works started right at breakfast in the morning.
