“Hotel agradable y cómodo.”

El lugar en general muy bien, la habitación tal como se describe en la página, así como el resto de las instalaciones. El personal atento y amable. La comida del restaurante muy buena, todo estuvo delicioso. La cama y almohadas súper cómodas. Nos preguntaron la hora de llegada, indicamos 2.30 pm (media hora antes del check in), pero por obras en la carretera demoramos y llegamos 4 pm. La habitación no estaba lista, tardaría media hora en arreglarla. Aprovechamos para comer. La habitación confortable, pero desprendía un olor particular no muy agradable

“Sobrevalorado”

The location and the staff are friendly, but the place is over‑priced. The photos show it as very spacious, but it’s actually very small, the rooms are cramped, dirty, and you can hear everything from outside. Your van is moved all the time because there isn’t enough space for cars.

“スタッフ対応が良かった”

On the day of arrival, I was told that the room was damaged by last night's heavy rain and that I couldn’t stay there, which was a huge shock since it was my first trip with my girlfriend. It seemed like they had pre‑notified us, but no actual message came through, leaving us at a loss. Thankfully, staff member Roberto was very diligent and helped us find another place, so we were able to stay and enjoy the Canty Festival. If there’s no prior notice, they should have arranged an alternative accommodation or at least set a plan for such emergencies.
