The location was super convenient, just a stone’s throw from Ortona’s center and main roads, yet tucked into a lush vineyard setting; the brand‑new property offered every comfort, with rooms featuring TV, air conditioning, and a terrace that had a sofa, a futon, an umbrella, and a drying rack. The on‑site parking was inside, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The shared kitchen had a fridge—complete with water, juices, and little sweets for a quick snack—plus a coffee machine, which was a real bonus. Eraldo and Marisa were helpful, kind, friendly, and professional, and they pointed us toward sights, local spots, and even gave us a bike‑rental number for the beautiful cycle path; the sea was also appreciated. Nothing to criticize—everything was top.

Cleanliness was spot‑on, the owners were courteous, and the breakfast was fantastic: you could choose sweet or savory, both sides were delicious. Highly recommended.
