Breakfast was solid, with plenty of choices and excellent coffee. The host was friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

“Dissappointing”

Positive: The accommodation is located in a nice and safe neighbourhood. Despite the deep gravel, we were able to park our motorcycle right in front of the entrance to the B&B. Unfortunately, we strongly felt that there was very little care and attention put into running this B&B. In our opinion, the accommodation certainly does not deserve its 9.2 rating. The outside of the property is not very well maintained, and the garden also looks rather neglected. There is a table and seating area, but there are no cushions, so it is not very comfortable to sit outside. Our small bedroom and bathroom had only been cleaned superficially. We found several large black hairs in both the bedroom and the bathroom. There was also no air conditioning, which made the room quite stuffy in warm weather. We had booked an overnight stay including breakfast. As we had to leave early, we were unable to have breakfast at the B&B, so we asked for a breakfast package to take with us. This consisted of just two dry croissants, two yoghurts and a little jam. Again, we felt that the care and attention you would expect from a B&B with such a high rating was missing. Overall, our stay was quite disappointing. The location is good and being able to park our motorcycle safely was convenient, but in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, comfort and hospitality, there is still a lot of room for improvement. We felt that the value for money was well below what we expected

“Excellent weekend”

The location, the property, and the room were exactly what I needed for a fantastic visit. No major dislikes to mention.
