Beautiful, relaxing, well maintained, very clean. Nothing much, the shower was a bit small but that’s normal in Italy.

The welcome from Barbara and her brother was superb, and the setting felt very cozy and pleasant. Breakfast was good, and I’d recommend this place. Nothing to add.
