There was no safe place to park our vehicle and the hotel had undesirable people hanging around, which made me feel unsafe for the $500 non‑refundable price. The reservation was refundable, but the parking safety was lacking.

The fitness room, hot tub, and pool were all great. The bed was too soft, and the pull‑out bedding should have included two pillows and a duvet—something warmer than the bedcover that was provided.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and fresh, and the staff were great.

Customer service was fantastic, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The food was excellent, the rooms were clean, and I really appreciated the texting service for any requests.
