The place was spotless and the staff were friendly, the bed was super comfy and the gym was solid. It was definitely worth the money.

The delivery to Bangkok Hospital smelled like the hotel hallways, the room service was bad, the reception was poor—when you call them they try to appease you until someone finally shows up, and the breakfast buffet was only for non‑Muslims, except for water, fruit, or eggs.

The staff were outstanding—cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service went beyond what we expected. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
