The staff were very friendly and cute, the location beautiful, the rooms outstanding, the hotel intimate, the food superb and on the terrace I felt at home.

The room is large and comfortable, breakfast is good and the staff are nice. There is no elevator; climbing four floors with heavy luggage is very hard.

10/10, we will definitely return! The stay was superb, the area quiet, the view of the mountains lovely, the rooms big and beautiful, a wooden balcony, minibar, tea and coffee. In the morning, a hot cup of tea on the balcony with that view was perfect. The parking is very generous, but the spot we wanted was already claimed by the parking attendant Marcel (photo attached 🐶). He outright refused to give it to us, and since we were just visitors and he was the parking manager, we had no choice but to park elsewhere. No problem, there were enough spaces. Later he felt sorry for us, stepped back and let us take that coveted spot. Next time we’ll come prepared with a little “dog attention” for negotiations. The breakfast is very good and varied, and the coffee is excellent ☕️. The value for money is very good, and being close to the gondola is a big plus for winter. We’ll definitely come back—if Mr. Marcel approves the parking. 🐶😂❤️

From the accommodation, the view and the staff are great. I did not like it at all.
