Everything met my requirements, though the pool could have been cleaner.

“Good location in the center of the town”

The location was good, just a five‑minute walk to the town centre, and the rooms were decent; service was okay. I used the spa – the massage was very good – but the lady who did the facial seemed uninterested and didn’t even complete the full 45 minutes. The food was very bad, even the breakfast; there was absolute chaos at breakfast, no table numbers, no person to take orders for the live stations, so every passing waiter was given the same order when nothing came. Some guests got what they ordered and what they didn’t, while those further back didn’t even get tea or coffee for a long time and only after several reminders, if they were lucky.

“A short but wonderful stay to keep memories of dalhousie.”

The ambience was lovely, the rooms were nice, the view from the hotel was amazing, and the breakfast served was very good; nothing to complain about.

The location was spot‑on, and the rooms were clean and tidy, but the space felt a bit cramped; the rooftop bar Hooch turned the night into something special, and the food and service were both excellent.

Everything was perfect—from the room and lobby to the deck and location—and we’re already planning to make every Dalhousie trip revolve around staying at this hotel.
