“Decepción”

I saw the place from the outside and it looked good. We didn’t get in because it was closed, under renovation, and the ownership had changed – we were never informed. The owners and booking service were very bad.

We arrived and discovered the inn had been sold; no one told us, so we had to find another hotel.

Nothing – the hotel was closed. It had been closed for six months, a blatant disrespect. I arrived and had to look for accommodation elsewhere. I wonder if I’d been in another country.

“Esta CERRADA”

The inn is CLOSED!!! Yet it still shows as available; booking failed to verify the accommodations they list.

“Una porquería”

Nothing. We were never attended to. We tried to contact them through every channel and never received a reply. The place was closed and dirty outside.
