“Would not come back to this hotel.”

The breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is a smoking venue! We were placed in what smelled like the “smoking section” of this hotel! Our room was unacceptable—smelly, dirty carpets. We arrived at 3 am, exhausted, but couldn’t sleep because of the foul odor; opening the window didn’t help. The reception desk employee was not approachable, so I waited until after breakfast to speak to the daytime manager. We shouldn’t be charged for this horrible experience. Anna and Jeff

The rooms were comfortable and the location was great, everything else was fine.

“It was OK stay.”

The gym equipment was low quality, the male sauna needed refurbishment, the room was large and comfortable but some areas needed a fresh coat of paint; we stayed on the 9th floor and occasionally caught a hint of smoke between rooms. The AC worked, yet it could use a cleaning or upgrade. Overall we were satisfied and might return if the price is good. The age of the building was a concern.
