The location is great, close to the beach and popular cafés and restaurants. The internet is too slow, the room isn't cleaned regularly, and the water flow is weak.⁹

“I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS to anyone, just so not worth the price, particularly because of the rude staff, unresponsiv”

The location is okay, it’s across the beach and the famous 7‑Eleven. We initially booked a room, particularly with a private bathroom. The host transfered us to a bigger room [as we added 1 more pax] but did not mention it only comes with a common bathroom. The said bathroom is unsanitary, gets flooded every shower, has UNSECURED LOCK FROM INSIDE, and sink is dysfunctional. The bedroom had an unpleasant smell and A MEDIUM‑SIZED SPIDER 🥲. Upon arrival, the lady staff mentioned that check out is 11AM but per the accommodation description it is until 12NN, which was backed by the host. So, the miscommunication from the host and lady staff was settled. Upon checking in, I went to ask the same lady staff about the missing bolt for the bathroom lock from inside, she sarcastically responded as if it’s our fault that it was missing again. She provided only a piece of hanger wire as a substitute lockbolt and did not send anyone to actually fix it. Upon check out, the same rude lady staff did not want to return our security deposit because we apparently overstayed [this was 12NN on the dot]. It was resolved with the help of the other staff.

Commend Kuya Jasper for being friendly and accommodating. No towels and have to pay for it. I understand if you want extra towels but i never stayed in any accomodations that doesn't come with complementary towel. The fan was dirty and almost doesn't work. Other guest has no choice but to rent another fan. It seems like they want to get as much as money off the guests. Some of our friends also just made sure we get home easy so they stayed for 5 mins and Kuya Michael knocked on the door and says we have to pay. He was drunk and it was very upsetting as we were all ladies. It was uncomfortable. We reasoned out that they arent staying and they only been there for 5 mins. Was weird

“Disappointing”

The location walkable to the beach and restaurants that's the only good point. Disappointing for the price. Basic bed and washroom. No towels,toiletries everything for extra fee.No hooks or even a chair or table to put things. We felt unsafe on the ground floor because it was a common area where everyone can come and go even non guests. Noisy and no privacy Electric went off at 8am so we had to early check out. Very disappointing. Aircon and electric fan were dirty. Ok if you just need a place to leave your things if you will be out all day but be sure not to leave any valuables. This establishment operates under a different name Manipon Residences and not as advertised.

The spot’s easy to reach, but a lady with long hair on the staff never greeted or smiled at me.
