“Horrible house keeping and accountability from management.”
Roaches and spiders everywhere; the bedding hadn’t been changed—there was a dead roach under the pillows and dead bug remains scraped against the walls and on the bedding.
“It was clean. Good price. Decent breakfast. Just needs some bathroom upgrades.”
The location was convenient and the price was good overall; the room was clean and the lighting was nice, and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom looked like a work in progress: an old, tiny sink that offered no space for toiletries, even a toothbrush, and the sink seemed to be separating from the wall. The toilet was a very old model that kept running; I had to lift the floating ball and attach something to stop it. The tub was also old, with the area around the faucets separating and leaving a gap. The TV was frustrating—no casting from my phone even on the wifi, and Direct TV was inaccessible despite having a remote, so I had to use my phone to watch TV.
I love the location! Right across the street from Walmart and right off the freeway so easy access to get to where you are going! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. I really enjoyed my stay, will be returning. Only 1 elevator was working but still not a big deal

The spot was great, but the room was filthy—dirty bathroom, dirty room, and the curtains had visible holes and tears.

Breakfast was mediocre, but the staff on site were friendly and as helpful as they could be. The hotel had a terrible smell that turned out to be mold, covering baseboards, back windows, and other areas. Because I’m sensitive to foul odors, I had to sleep in my car since nearby hotels were full. A car parked right in front was burglarized overnight, but I was not harmed or messed with. The pool was murky, full of trash and leaves. The trash cans at the front entry were overflowing, attracting skunks and other animals. The general manager refused to help me, return my call, give me a refund, or make it right.
