The service was friendly, the food was good. I didn’t like that the hotel charges a 150‑euro deposit for potential damages, and while I agree that it’s a deposit, I disagree that they take a climate fee from that money without my consent. All fees are included in the booking price; nothing should be charged extra without the client’s approval.

The staff were available, the service was good, the breakfast was tasty, and the rooftop pool was great.

Our suite was very nice, but the double room only had a window about 20 cm high. The staff were unfriendly and the location wasn’t very good.
