I’ve stayed here several times, the rooms stay clean, the staff are polite, guests are friendly, and the food is good.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel that feels so dirty; the place is in a decent spot, but the cleanliness is the absolute worst I’ve experienced. There’s no service phone in any room, the bathroom is smaller than an airplane cabin, and if you request room service you might never get it at all.
