I appreciated the help from the hotel staff, which made the whole stay smooth and reassuring. The location is close to Ginza shopping street, and a bus stop is right at the entrance, very convenient.

Breakfast and dinner were tasty, the hot spring was good, having a shower in the room was nice, and the ocean view, sunset, and evening glow from the room were beautiful. I got a discount voucher, so I could buy souvenirs cheaply at the shop, and checking out was easy. However, the coin locker I used was not fixed to the wall and seemed about to topple, which was risky. There was no one at the front desk and I couldn’t find a bell. The air‑pump adapter at the entrance didn’t fit my size, so I couldn’t use it. A few simple foot‑pump types would have sufficed.

駐車券の利用で料金の質問をしたところ、年配のスタッフの方が迅速に対応して下さり、とても感謝しております。. 14半過ぎにチェックインをして部屋に着いたら、 まだ部屋の清掃が終わっておらず、待たされてしまいました。 3人部屋なのに２人だと間違えられて、部屋もベッドも狭く少なかったので残念でした。 受付も並んでいてお客様を待たせる時間か長くなり、スタッフの人数が少ないのかなと思います。 回転が遅いかなと思います。
