“Shame on booking.com and RedDoorz for advertising this property and taking my money when they are not even affiliated wi”
I was told upon arrival at the front desk that they are no longer affiliated with RedDoorz and so they had no way of accessing my reservation which I prepaid in full . The front desk clerk said they have posted a notice on their FaceBook page that they had suspended all online bookings and that RedDoorz had not remitted any payments to former management. I advised front desk clerk that I did not look at their FaceBook page and it should not be expected that potential customers have or look at FB. I had to book a new reservation and pay cash up front because hotel does not take credit cards. So in addition to the $18,548.44 PHP that was charged to my AMEX card by , I had to pay the hotel in cash $10,800 PHP for 3 nights. The room was uncomfortably warm, a/c not working well and the toilet was absolutely disgusting - not clean at all. And the plumbing is terrible - one day the water stopped working completely! My 82 year old father said this was a negative star hotel and we will never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone

I'm still fuming about my stay at this hotel - it was honestly the worst experience I've ever had. The hot water didn't work, the fridge was missing, the shower floor was clogged, and I had to shower with cold water while dirty water was pooling around my feet. The bath towel was old, the TV was broken, and the WiFi was spotty at best. It was super stressful to stay here.

I'm really glad I chose this hotel for a short stay - they've got super flexible options which is great for travelers on a tight schedule like me. What really caught my eye were the awesome promotions they run, it's a total win for those of us on a budget. The area feels safe and parking is a breeze, which is a big plus if you're driving. Overall, it's hard to find a better deal in the area, the quality is great for the price.

We had a disaster with this hotel. When we arrived, they claimed they had no record of our booking, even though we showed them confirmation and proof of payment. It was a total scam. Needless to say, we didn't stay here.
