“Bom, mas pelo preço pago tem coisas a melhorar.”
The room’s location and layout were good, especially the small sitting area it had. Breakfast was held in the building next door, so you had to walk down the street—often cold and rainy—to get there. The door to room 521 was extremely stiff and hard to open, and the washing machine was so dirty that I didn’t use it.
The team was wonderful, kind, smiling, always saying yes, and helpful. I’ll gladly return to this hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast never changed from the same basic set of ingredients; it met obligations but lacked enthusiasm.
The friendliness was appreciated. Nothing else.
“Piacevole soggiorno in buona posizione, sia per passeggiare a piedi, sia per prendere la metro. Possibilità’ di avere ac”
The reception staff were very available, and I could enjoy free water and coffee. The location was good, and the metro was close by. Nothing else to note.
“Clean, safe, convenient, and peaceful!”
It was clean, the staff were helpful, the area was quiet and so close to everything we needed to do! There was nothing to not like about the property!
