“Great family stay in Beijing.”
The facilities were clean. The room was slightly smaller than expected for a family of four, but still comfortable. The breakfast was included and great.
We were thrilled with our time at JW Marriot; the staff were wonderful, especially on the first day when Alipay and WeChat weren't working—everyone did their best to help us and make sure we were comfortable.

We stayed as a family of four and the generous room size gave us plenty of space, which was very pleasant. When we checked in that evening, someone on our floor was smoking; the hallway smelled strongly of smoke and was unpleasant, though the odor disappeared by the next morning. Communication was a bit difficult because no staff spoke English; we eventually managed with a translation app, but it was quite laborious. The location is somewhat remote and most attractions require a longer drive, yet a metro station is within walking distance, so getting around is still convenient, or you can use Didi, which works perfectly. The room was cleaned daily, though the overall cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough. Overall, we still enjoyed our holiday.
