The location and staff were kind, but the room was full of dust everywhere, the shower door was missing, the sheets were stained, and the fridge made an insane noise.

We booked a deluxe room with an inner courtyard view, but the “inner courtyard” was just an air shaft with AC humming, no sky view, making the room feel like a basement; if that’s deluxe, I don’t know what they sell as economy. The hotel is basically a large apartment on the second floor split into several rooms—big disappointment overall.
