The accommodation is very well‑located for a stay in Edinburgh. A bus stop is almost right in front of the door, and the old town is 10‑15 minutes away. The host is very friendly and helpful. The old house is nice, with a large lounge, and everything is clean. Free parking is possible on a side street if you’re lucky. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast offered, and the room and bed were relatively small for the price.

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer, sehr sauber. Top Lage. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, die Innenstadt ist in ca.10 Minuten erreichbar. Vom Fenster aus herrlicher Blick auf Arthur‘s Seat. Nichts

The accommodation had a very nice style. The bed was extremely comfortable and the overall room design was beautiful. The location was about a 20‑minute bus ride, but the neighbourhood was pretty and quiet.

“Ruhige Lage ausserhalb des Zentrums”

The room was small, but everything was there. We stayed for two nights, so that wasn’t an issue for us; a longer stay might have been a bit of a hassle. It’s very modern and warm. The whole property had a great feel‑good factor. The bus line is practically right at the front door. Honestly, there was nothing difficult at all.

Craig, the owner, was very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed chatting with him and he gave excellent dinner recommendations. We’d definitely stay there again.
