The hotel had no air‑conditioning, so I couldn’t stay; I had to book another place myself because the hotel didn’t promise a replacement, only a recommendation, and they still haven’t responded to my chat request to waive the charge since I didn’t stay for reasons beyond my control—an awful, regrettable experience that clashes with my past stays there.

The landscaping was nice, but the room was damp, the floor leaked water, lighting was poor, sheets and towels were old, didn’t dry well, and were scarce; breakfast was plentiful but everything hot was cold, and worst of all, the air‑conditioning didn’t work and they didn’t mention this at check‑in—overall a hotel that should shut down.

The Seven restaurant is good, but the price is far above what the overall facilities should cost.
