“Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen”

The reception was very warm. We missed the wrong entrance door, but someone was immediately there to help. I had planned to stay alone, but I brought a friend’s married couple from Oudeschans on a whim, and that worked out fine. We got the space just fine, unfolded a sofa and improvised a double bed, I slept next to them in a bunk. The walk to the cottage goes through a picturesque garden, and at night it was cozily lit. Even in the rain we could sit outside thanks to the large apple tree with a treehouse and a tarp. A real place to relax, and everything was spotless! If you want, you can eat nearby or take a nice walk around the lake.

“Gezellig 😃”

The rooms were super fun, and the shower was wonderful. The cottage was dark and damp, with a lot of vegetation and many fallen apples.

The air‑conditioning worked, and it was 34 degrees that day. The bunk bed was a bit of a hassle, but I was alone so it didn’t matter.

The lake is a dream and not overcrowded. A great restaurant is just around the corner! The accommodation is fine and does what it’s supposed to do. The garden area could use a bit more care. Great for a weekend!

“Prima bed & breakfast in je eigen goed ingerichte tuinhuisje”

The cottage is small but very fully furnished. It’s quite dark at the back in an overgrown, damp garden that isn’t well maintained (the terrace isn’t either).
