“Comfortable room and great location, but the frequent tram/train noise was disappointing.”

The room looked nice and the beds were comfortable, and the spot was great because there were plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby; the receptionist was very helpful and pointed out some excellent places to eat and drink. We had specifically booked this hotel because the room was advertised as having good noise insulation, but we could hear trams and trains roughly every 15 minutes, which was quite disturbing and made the stay less comfortable than expected.

The staff’s service was excellent, and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

On Sunday, the elevator got stuck while the cleaning staff were in the basement; the elevator jammed and had no “out of order” sign, leaving me trapped inside for five minutes. If an elevator isn’t working, the most logical thing to do is put up a sign.

Thanks for putting us on the 7th floor, the staff were polite, and the room was very spacious. The street was noisy, especially after 8 pm, and the white furniture was dusty.

Apart from the central location and price, there was nothing I could recommend; we asked for our room to be cleaned and had to request a new towel two or three times.
