The hotel was lovely, and the staff were very happy and helpful; the recent refurbishment of Handy for the railway station was impressive, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly, but everything was broken—the toilet seat was missing, the air conditioning was just a plug‑in unit in the bedroom with a pipe that wasn’t even plumbed in, it was dirty, and the location was terrible; there was no parking except on the street.
