“Una bella struttura per relax assoluto”
The property and the whole complex are really well maintained and managed. The staff is everywhere, there are many people working there, and they’re always available. The location is good for staying away from town centres in a green setting attached to the lake, which unfortunately gets drier over time. In 20 minutes you’re at the nearest village, and a two‑hour drive gets you to the northern gorges. The pool is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. This place really stands out from other Moroccan spots for being more “international.” The kitchen and any meals you order also include non‑Moroccan options, like excellent pizza if you want to break from the usual dishes. Private parking is guarded inside the complex, and breakfast is good, though not very varied. In‑room Wi‑Fi is lightning fast and available everywhere. Some room details could be improved (our fridge’s door was loose and a bit crooked, making it hard to close). The price is slightly above average, but consider the huge maintenance effort (gardens, pool, annexes, etc.). Finally, the à‑la‑cart menu is limited; it would be nice to have more options, perhaps a few more pizzas or Moroccan dishes.

Covered parking is free and secure, and the rooms have a traditional Moroccan touch with comfortable bedding. There are no activities for children except a mini‑golf.

The place was very well located and the room was spacious. The hotel feels old and the pool water was borderline. Dinner was low quality, no alcohol—just water. The breakfast buffet was limited; the orange juice had gone bad. The eggs were hard‑cooked, black inside, and inedible.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel; from the moment we arrived it felt like a peaceful oasis right by a lake surrounded by lush greenery. Everything was impeccably maintained—clean, tidy, and spotless. The pool was huge and kept very clean, perfect for a swim. The food was delicious every time we ate. What really made our stay special was the hospitality: the host was incredibly kind and the rest of the staff were attentive and friendly, clearly committed to giving guests a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the calm, nature, and excellent care, and we’ll definitely return!
