I booked and paid, but when I arrived the gate wouldn’t open. They told me there was no room, and after going back and forth with the receptionist while standing outside in the middle of the night, I finally got a cash refund. Bad place and terrible service.

The staff made a lot of noise and played music until late, but otherwise the place was clean.
