When we arrived, the sink wouldn’t drain; we told the staff and were promised a fix, but no one came afterward and the sink stayed in a disgusting state, and we weren’t offered a different room.

“Ottimo”

We stayed just one night, but it was pleasant; the room was spacious and comfortable, parking was free at the hotel, breakfast was solid, and we enjoyed a California wine tasting offered in the evening.

“Hotel estándar, poco pretencioso. Justito, justito”

The location is the best thing about the hotel—just a 10‑15 minute walk from the harbor and pier, and there’s free outdoor parking. The room was on the first floor and I had to climb stairs with luggage. The bathroom was very standard, and the breakfast was lacking: few options, only American coffee (no espresso machine), and not many foods to eat. I had to move from one building to another to reach the breakfast area.

“The Rooms are Nice Very Expensive!The Staff Not Very Customer friendly.”

The rooms were really nice, but the staff could use some training. I was not impressed by the attitudes presented; these rooms are too expensive to have staff with such poor attitudes.

“Quality stay, but you do pay for it.”

I stayed in a clean, very quiet room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space, and the free breakfast was decent. The hotel is centrally located and offers free parking, though the guy who checked me in seemed to be having a bad day. The fridge in my room was small and didn’t work well, and overall it felt a little pricey.
