The only good thing was the location. When I arrived the bed sheets had hair on them and I asked for a change, but they never swapped them. The room only has blinds, so the outside light at night made it hard to sleep. I bought food to heat in the microwave, but it was broken and it took more than 30 minutes for staff to let me use another room. Nobody was on duty and there was no WhatsApp, which made communication very difficult.
