The facility is very close to Saranda’s center and the beach, though you have to climb a fair bit and parking is calm. The location is inside Saranda with very narrow streets and constant uphill climbs. The pillow is a bit firm, there’s no bathroom brush, no hair dryer, and no bedside lamp.
The cleanliness and staff availability were great, yet a few curtains were missing and the others were too light, letting in too much morning glare.
“Due notti a Saranda”
The building is brand‑new, modern, very clean, and orderly. It’s not in the city centre, but it’s still easily reachable on foot. There are three or four parking spaces, and the accommodation is more than double the size. If you’re lucky (as I was) to find one free, great; otherwise you have to park in double rows or on a very steep, narrow street.
“Clean big room and nice staff”
The place was spotless, but the shower was an open‑style unit on a steep staircase that made getting there a real climb.

The property is very well maintained, everything is new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The owner is very friendly, kind, and helpful. The only downside was that I didn’t receive a room with a sea view, as described, or a garden view; the sea view from this building is rather minimal. Even so, I rate the stay very highly and am satisfied. I mention this mainly because for some people a room view can be a crucial factor when choosing a place. Overall, I highly recommend it—especially for its cleanliness, modernity, and the very nice owner.
