The AC was on, so the rooms were very hot even though I booked for 3 pm and arrived at 2 am.

The new wings are very quiet, very clean, and the location is beautiful—far from the traffic, with plenty of parking nearby, close to shops, laundry, a big mosque, and just a short walk from Ain Najm Street where all the services, markets, and restaurants are. The staff were amazing, the best in terms of character and professionalism, especially the brother who helped me that Wednesday afternoon when I arrived, and the other brother who assisted me that Friday afternoon when I left. Nothing was missing; everything was beautiful.

The place is clean and the price is reasonable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly; thanks to everyone. The only issue was the lack of enough towels.
