Breakfast was really good, bed super comfy, staff friendly. The kettle was broken but they swapped it right away. All else was fine. The location was perfect for us since we were heading out from Hongqiao station.

Breakfast was good, rooms clean, close to metro. Staff don't speak English, always on their phones. No restaurant or lounge. The gym doesn't live up to the name. All in‑room service only in Chinese. The view was awful.

Power outlets everywhere, place was clean. But the next room was noisy.

Cozy, clean rooms with good tech, shower stuff from Lalik, electric blinds that block light, minibar refilled daily with gin, comfy bed, nice pillows, pleasant scent in building, hearty breakfasts with local dishes, free laundry with machines, iron, steamer, sewing kits, welcome drinks, fruit, candy at entrance. All nice and tidy. Near metro, Sine branch, Hangzhong Road, direct line to Nanjing Road.
