The accommodation is well‑located near the major monuments and sites. It’s close to shops and plenty of restaurants not far away. A paid but secure parking spot is right next to the building. Thanks for the welcome. The place is a bit old, which is its style but it needs a bit more upkeep. The balcony was very dirty, the chairs and table were in the same condition. The windows don’t close properly, and the toilet flush lets water leak through. These are just details but they seem important to me.

Nothing good. The room was filthy, the bathroom stank of urine, no closet, the breakfast had brioche and cappuccino, and the sign said “fabulous breakfast.” Calls to various people got only text replies—total disaster. All the mess, the neglect of the apartment, and booking’s awareness of fake reviews.

Nice location, great apartment design, and pleasant housemates. The kitchen and living area were shared, but each bedroom had its own bathroom. We liked the interior. Good value for money. The air‑conditioners were old.

The spot is great, just a five‑minute walk to the city’s main street. The room is fully equipped and cozy, and the owner was friendly and helpful.

The apartment made a solid impression overall. It sits in a prime spot right in Catania’s center, near all the key sights, eateries, and cafés. The host was accommodating and let us check in late because we arrived after hours. Breakfast comes with the rate and was decent. The only real issue was that on day one we spotted cockroaches in our room. We told the host, who tried to fix it on day three. It left a positive vibe overall, but the cockroach problem really hurt our comfort.
